What is Build The Dream?
Build The Dream is a lifestyle media company and collective for women and female founders who pool power, resources, and talent to close the gap in the women's economy. It is a world of live rooms, gatherings, a podcast, and a newsletter, founded by Vanessa Santos. It is the antidote to loneliness and to networking that changes nothing, for the woman who knows she is capable of more and is done shrinking to feel safe.
Who is Build The Dream for?
The woman who is done performing the version of herself that feels safest. She is a founder, a creator, an executive, often the first in her family to build anything, with more to give than the rooms she has been in have known what to do with. She knows she is powerful and wealthy, and she is ready to own that fully. She wants to be wealthy as hell without minimizing her ambition, to build without breaking herself, and to feel powerful and soft at the same time. Here she gives herself permission, and builds wealth that feels safe in her bank account and in her body.
Is Build The Dream a coaching program?

An application-only room for women building real businesses. Eight weeks, fifteen women, weekly working sessions where women route real things to each other: capital, deals, referrals, the introduction that changes the year. An asks-and-gives engine means every woman arrives with something to give and leaves with something moving. In week eight comes Table Day: four hours, your business on the table, the room's full attention. The founding cohort begins in October, with founding members joining at a rate that will never be offered again.
