Who's running the room
I'm Vanessa Santos, and I run an entire operation on AI: a 200-person conference, a monthly challenge, a newsletter of over 9,000 readers with a podcast, my social channels, my investments, and 1:1 consulting with female founders. AI does everything I hate, the back end, the project management, the admin, the operations. The one thing I never let it touch is the soul of the business, because AI builds the business and the founder builds the culture. In this room, I show you exactly how I do both.
